I was just scanning my e-mail and then I came across an offer refering me to the City Chevrolet web site. As soon as I began to maneuver through the site, I saw the Chevy Cruze. I fell in love immediately. I received an e-mail from Rod (the internet manager) inviting me to come in for a visit to see the Cruze. I went in sort of late on Friday evening and they couldn't get hold of any financing offices,so Katie informed me that she would call me the next morning. She called me and told me to come in so we could discuss me getting into the Chevy Cruze. Everything worked out and I traded my 08 Chevy Malibu for the Cruze. I am so ecstatic with this purchase. I love it and so does my family and friends. Kudos to Rod, Patrick, Katie and David. Mike is very professional and accomodating. He made sure my vehicle was repaired and had a rental car waiting when I arrived. Guy, on the other hand, not so much. I initially spoke to Guy. He informed me my vehicle had a fuel leak "somewhere" He did not offer to repair my vehicle that day, but suggested I bring it back during the week. He was not eager to offer a rental car as he suggested my "certified pre owned" warranty may not cover a rental. Guy sent me away with the impression my vehicle was completely safe to drive. But, of course I learned that fuel leakage could very well cause the vehicle to catch fire. I feel Guy's handling of my situation as completely neglegent. I feel that he possibly put my life and the life of my child in danger.
