Regular warranty maintenance as well as several recalls that needed to be attended to, as well as a stick drivers window switch and a tire that was mysteriously losing air on my 2012 Sonic hatchback. City Chevrolet took care of all these problems and set me up with a rental car. I'm thrilled with everything that they took care of. Your facility replaced my driver mirror due to it being dislocated by some *******. Lupe helped me as I checked in outside at those cubicle station looking boxes and continued to provide me with the best service throughout my duration being there. Lupe is the reason why my experience was so five stars. She was engaging and worked very hard to satisfy my needs. She is also the reason why I would come back or recommend a friend to your facility. She deserves the utmost respect because she knows how to respond promptly to each situation and deliver customer service in its finest light. The only thing that pissed me off was the price.
